Goran Visnjic as Dr. Luka Kovac. Talk, dark and handsome, Dr. Kovac also has that sexy accent going for him. Very intense eyes. Yummy.
Patrick Dempsey as Dr. Derek Shepherd. Also tall, dark and handsome, Dr. McDreamy is an incredibly clever, smarmy flirt who refuses to back down. Plus, he has all that residual Ronald Miller-cuteness that still carries over from Can't Buy Me Love.
Hmmm, this is a close one to call... I think Dr. Kovac had better take his shirt off in an upcoming episode or two of ER, just to tip the balance back his way.
