Concert: Dave Matthews Band

We went to see the Dave Matthews Band last night at Nissan Pavillion...


We met up with some friends of mine before the show...



...and had a few drinks...

The show was sold out. We were afraid it might rain on us but it didn't.

Yay!!!!

We were just a little bit really really really far away.

But we could hear him just fine. Woo hoo! Great show.

I've changed my mind about the plates (china pattern, whatever) 5 times already. We chose a pattern at Target last week. But when we got home and checked the website it said they were out of stock. So I chose this pattern from Target:

But then I started looking on Amazon and I like the look of these 3 patterns:

Tim likes blue plates. I will keep looking, I suppose.

I just wrote a really long and hysterical story about when we went to Target to register for gifts but somehow I deleted the whole thing now I can't be bothered to start over. Poop.

The Boss Who is Kind of a Goober quit.
I was offered a job in a different department at work.
Department switch was put on hold.
I gained two more direct subordinates at work.
I joined a yoga class.
Tim learned to ride a motorcycle.
We booked our tickets to Hawaii.
New job still on hold.
We bought a Wii!!!!!!
We booked our hotel rooms in Hawaii.
The Boss Who is Kind of a Goober came back, but this time he is not the boss of me.
Whorish Shoe Girl got a job selling pharmaceuticals.
Tim BOUGHT a motorcycle.
We registered for gifts.

Can't stop logging in to facebook. I keep finding people I haven't talked to in literally YEARS. Plus I enjoy playing Smarty Pants, Scrabulous and the Never Ending Movie Quiz.

And we're still addicted to Guitar Hero.

Guess what Timmy got for his birthday? Yep, Guitar Hero 3: Legends of ROCK!!! He's playing it right now. I got to play a little last night. Bulls on Parade kicked my ass. And so did Talk Dirty to Me. But I rocked that AFI song. Never heard it before. It's my new favorite.

We're going to the in-laws' house for lunch. They are big Ron Paul supporters (are you surprised?) The puppies are going to stay home for a change. Pickles got her cast and stitches removed yesterday and her leg looks good. But she's been trying to chew on her leg so she will be keeping the cone on for a while.

We finally put the Christmas decorations away. The house looks so much less cluttered suddenly. Still pretty cluttered though.

Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIMMY!!!!!

Back by Popular (?) Demand

Here is a picture of my red hair disaster from last year. I'm going to go attempt to color my hair again as soon as I finish this. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson. Well, I tried to get an appointment but my hair stylist is booked up until February. Poop.

She is getting around very well. I have to ice her leg twice a day for 30 minutes and carry her out to "go potty." But she is being a pretty good girl. We have to keep her in her crate when we're not home and she's not happy about that. Oh well.

We still haven't set a wedding date (or month) but we're almost positive it will happen in 2008.
Going to color my hair now. Wish me luck!
